With a tantalizing contemporary menu boasting artisanal goodness with rustic arabesque influences, our intrinsic connection with nature is never forgotten and providing the daily nutrition we require is our labour of love.

Our coffee, just as the concept of Sprout, quality is considered at every stage and our espresso is no different. We proudly use Empirical Coffee which is sourced from local Indonesian & South American growers and roasted in Bali. The Empirical blend is beautifully balanced, rich with substance and complexity and an unforgettably satisfying flavour.

From Sprouts to Sprout

Produce grown in The Garden’s own organic veggie patch is used to educate young minds on the natural way of farming and growing food and in turn small scale harvests are used in Sprout’s kitchen offering the freshest possible ingredients to our dishes which we think is immensely important. All of our daily organic waste is taken to our on-site educational composting area and converted into nutrient rich compost and all of our plastic, glass, metal and paper materials are sorted, collected and recycled. We work closely with the team from Eco-Bali, who have strived to maximize recycling, reduce quantity of waste to landfill and promote composting in Bali.
